The second dream. To the right: The sun and moon are created in order to limit light and darkness, bringing time as measured, and day and night. The triangle between the earth, sun and moon is seen. Below: The sun and moon and stars are created, and the triangle appears again.

On day four trees and grass were created, together with land. Created living things cover the earth and there are the rustling of leaves, the whisper of grasses, and in the sea silent fields of blue green.
On the fifth day, birds and fish swarm in exaltation and schools. The creation is being filled with living beings. And there begins to be a question of limits to growth. |

On the sixth day emus, along with more useful beings like cattle and deer, are created. Were emus really necessary? Do whole species die out? Do new one arise by chance or by change? What purpose do they serve, these thousands of sorts of beings? Emus, really?

Day six: Humans are introduced into the mix. They are filled with all the creative ability of the creator, but this is a source of unease. They are uneasy, as is the Creator.

And then, when the humans thought about all of creation there was a sense that there was order to it all. Did the creator make order, or did the humans? And what was order, except the view of the whole from with the whole? Earth, Sun, the Stars, and the spirit in the trees and in the sky, that heaven above and within, are they the creation of the Creator only, or are we too participants in that creation? If so, we, like the Creator are the makers, not the made. Are we then begotten, not made? And are we creative beings, the incarnation of the One? And is creation then something there as a shield and comfort for us?

On the day of rest, the Creator drew a labyrinth as a reminder that creating involves a careful walk between freedom of creating and the limits on creation, and the need to create with care.
And the Creator rested on the grass that was planted in that place at the center of the labyrinth, waiting to experience fully the return of the Universe to the same still point.
